Development of our Web site

We are developing our web site on the Quam Plures Open Source Weblog and Content management system. The base system is written in PHP and will utilize the Jquery javascript library for added functionality.
The philosophy includes graceful degradation whereby users without Java and/or javascript enabled will still be able to view our content, but will not have access to the additional functionality provided by Jquery.
