Pre-orders: Pre-orders are created specifically for you in the size requested by you. For this reason, all pre-orders are final sale, and cannot be canceled or returned. If an item comes defective or is incorrect, we will do our best to exchange the item (reliant on availability). If we are unable to accommodate an exchange, a refund will be offered. If turnaround time is exceeded, we will offer an exchange of size if available. We understand that manufacturing setbacks and delays are out of our control, but will do our best to accommodate this inconvenience for our customers.

Shipping Policy: Ready to ship products will be shipped within 3 (three) business days. Pre-orders are shipped within 3 (three) business days of receiving merchandise. Logan and Lily is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by delivery services.

Returns and exchanges: At this time, being a very new and very small business, we will only be able to offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. All other items due to a change of heart or dissatisfaction, on a case-by-case basis, will be offered an exchange or store credit. As we grow, we will absolutely allow for returns.
